The Vogelfrei collection by Belgian studio Unperfect celebrates the beauty of reclaimed materials through a striking balance of industrial character and refined craftsmanship. Each lamp is handcrafted from reclaimed industrial steel sourced from a former metalworking company in Belgium, giving every piece its own unique patina and history.

Defined by its architectural silhouette, the table lamp features a sculptural steel frame that gently diffuses a warm, dimmable LED light. Hidden within, a delicate cone-shaped shade creates a soft ambient glow, transforming raw steel into an object of warmth and atmosphere. Both functional and sculptural, the Vogelfrei lamp is equally at home on a side table, console or bedside.

Available in a selection of handcrafted finishes—including polished steel, burnished steel, black steel and naturally rusted steel with a protective coating—each lamp is made to order and reflects Unperfect's commitment to sustainable design and exceptional craftsmanship.
