Description
Maximilian Jencquel, a Venezuelan-born, German-French architect, brings a rich tapestry of cultural and professional experience to his creations. Following his graduation, Jencquel was recruited by the renowned Andree Putman for projects in Miami and Tokyo. In 2006, he joined the esteemed Christian Liaigre design studio in Paris, contributing to international projects for several years.
A transformative trip to Indonesia inspired Jencquel to establish Studio Jencquel, where he embraces the ethos of "slow design." This philosophy harmonizes the physical and social elements of our world, ensuring that every component of his work is purposeful and narrates a unique story.
Studio Jencquel stands as an exemplar of slow design, dedicated to sustainable practices and adaptive design approaches. Each creation reflects a profound personal journey, seeking to forge a deep emotional connection with the materials and structures. This method results in designs that are not only aesthetically rich but also imbued with meaning and intent.
The vases designed by Jencquel are rich in texture and designed to be timeless additions to our interiors. They are equally striking objects on their own or with a bouquet of your liking.
