RETURN POLICY

You can return any item purchased on General Goods Home Store within 15 days of the delivery date by sending an email to customercare@generalgoods.net. Make sure the items you return are in their original condition, tags and packaging included. Please take extra care packaging fragile goods as items that arrive damaged may not be refunded.

Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.

PAYMENT METHODS
General Goods Home Store accepts all major credit cards and payments options, including: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Visa Electron, Apple Pay, Ideal and many local regional payment options. The total will be charged to your card when the order is shipped. Your card will be charged in Euros.

 

TAX INFORMATION
Purchasing on General Goods Home Store is reserved for end consumers. Our prices are inclusive of VAT. For each order, General Goods Home Store issues an invoice; the document will be sent as an attachment in the Shipping Confirmation email.
