DESCRIPTION

A striking example of Bohlin's avant-garde approach, this sculptural floor-standing shelf features a dramatic zigzag silhouette in black lacquered wood, anchored by a raw concrete triangular base. The five-tiered geometric form creates alternating display surfaces, demonstrating Bohlin's masterful fusion of brutalist materials with sophisticated design principles.

This piece exemplifies the designer's boundary-pushing aesthetic, developed during his influential career following his graduation from Stockholm's University College of Arts, Crafts, and Design.
