Description
Armchair in solid teak with seat and backrest in braided canework. "Compass" type double side leg assembly with the legs connected by two crosspieces and supporting the armrests. Slightly slanted, curved backrest, attached to the seat.
Slight traces of use, wear commensurate with age. The chair is in superb condition and structurally sound, ready for use. The caning has been redone.
Provenance: University housing at Panjab University, sector 14 and administrative buildings in Chandigarh, sector 1.
